All of our contracts are considered separately. It should be noted that RTÉ is a commercial semi-State company, notwithstanding that it is largely funded by the taxpayer and the licence fee payer. Those projects do not come into the Department for sanction the way the Arts Council did. I ask Mr. Healy to say a few words on the types of contracts used for ICT projects.
