I was able to do the fact-finding from internal resources at a very high level. There has been much talk today about how much the Arts Council is respected as an organisation. It is essential that people with status and credibility can carry out a review on it. Niamh Brennan, Margaret Cullen and John McCarthy are the type of people who can carry out such a review. It would not be appropriate for us to carry out that review.
