All I will say on that is that I am very disappointed a second term was not sanctioned for me because I had great plans for the organisation. The board fully supported me. As I said, I brought in a number of reforms and there were a number of other reforms that I wanted to see through. It is a source of great disappointment that I will not be able to see those through.
