With the prefab accommodation, the modular developments need to be included in that. The modular units being used sound like a good idea but if I am correct, I recently saw the cost of one escalating by approximately 300%. I am not sure of the detail. I wish to include education and deal with the issue of the State's investment in capital infrastructure, as well as protecting that in terms of the position of the patron and the State. I suggest that at some point in the future, we also look at including transport, in particular the rail projects. It is bonkers what is going on there.
