We have been going through a process for several months. This is round two of alternative dispute resolution. We had previously been in it in 2022 and 2023. The fundamental issue is we cannot get the timeline. We do not have confidence, and we did not then have confidence, in what the contractor tells us as to when it will deliver the hospital.
