To reiterate, there is absolutely no question that documents that should be retained are being destroyed. That simply is not the case. To separate them out, both NAMA and the IBRC are undergoing separate processes with significant legal input and external legal advice as regards what the obligations are from a data retention perspective. Plans have been put in place in both organisation in line with that legal advice to ensure that the appropriate documents are retained and the appropriate documents are destroyed.
