The amendment to this particular national policy objective to include the wording with regard to ensuring compact and sequential patterns of growth is to address the issue that Mr. Fulcher set out earlier with regard to the CSO definition of built-up areas and the boundary change that applies to this. Certain settlements can have a fairly extended and extensive boundary to their settlement. The principle of sequentially development would mean regardless of the size of the boundary and the built-up area, the requirement is-----
