We believe we were compliant with the legislation and the requirements for the position. Obviously, we consult and talk with our colleagues in ETBs, such as chief executives, every month. I am sure others will have the same challenge in ensuring that when you are appointing a director or a chief executive, the person appointed is the most suitable person, taking all criteria into account, not just one. The challenge is to find the most suitable person because nobody will have all the criteria covered in abundance. It is just not humanly possible. During the course of this meeting, people have referenced "the best person". We do not use that terminology. We use "the most suitable person for the role". We believe we have appointed the most suitable person for the role.
