Mr. David Leahy:
There was a question, obviously, on what the candidate's standard of Irish was. Then there was a ceist in the agallamh trí Ghaeilge. Each candidate got the same question and got a chance to respond. Therefore, we got a sense of people's competence in Irish in the course of the agallamh. Given that we asked the question, we obviously wanted to take it into consideration as well. The person will work with people trí Ghaeilge, but he or she is not líofa. The person will not be líofa in September, but we hope the person will improve as he or she goes into the job and works with people. The person will have to improve the quality of his or her standard such that he or she is able to conduct their obair trí Ghaeilge. The question was long and I am not sure whether I answered all of it.
