That is certainly not our intention. We certainly hope to continue the advance we think we are making. Some of us will have to make a greater effort to enhance and improve our fluency. That is a good challenge and is positive. We are all reminded of a member of this committee who was made Minister of State and had to increase his fluency and did so.
