We never made a decision to appoint somebody who is not flúirseach trí Ghaeilge. That was not the decision. The decision of the selection board was to appoint the most suitable person for the role, taking into account all of the required criteria. There is a considerable number of criteria and nobody has them all. No matter who you are, you cannot have them all to the nth degree. The most suitable person for the role was appointed. That was the objective and I believe that is what has been achieved. The person definitely has an interest in Gaeilge and will develop. We have gone on these summer courses before. We certainly have relied on others who were flúirseach trí Ghaeilge and now it is going to put a greater responsibility on our senior leadership team to make sure we improve. It is an opportunity for us to improve our standard. Therefore, I see this as an opportunity. I do not see it in the manner in which the Deputy sees it. It is not right to say that we do not-----
