That leads us to the gaps in services. There is a lack of community nurses to call to people in the community. All those ABCs are simple things but if they are not joined up, there is a gap. The impact on individuals is delayed recovery because they are not getting those supports. People have told me that the longer recovery takes, the more difficult and challenging it will be. If someone has had a stroke, he or she might lose the use of an arm if those ABCs that are supposed to follow are not in place. That is the cry for help people have been making.

Mr. Gloster mentioned the report on pay and numbers. When are section 39 workers going to be paid? These are the workers who have been waiting for up to ten years for an increase. Is there any timescale in that regard?
