I do not disagree with any of this but, in fairness, as the CEO said, we had unprecedented levels of posts approved last year. There is a time to recruit. These are specialist posts. The recruitment pause was introduced in the fourth quarter of last year. We understand the reasons for this and they have been covered. These posts were most likely caught in it. I will have to take it away to look at the timeline, from the time they were approved to the attempts that were made to recruit them. This is my undertaking to the Deputy today.
