If we take out the own-country expenditure, the real expenditure of the ODA in Ireland is probably around 0.4%. We are not talking about a huge amount of money. The political will needs to be found and we as organisations need to ensure public awareness of the level of need and the importance of the work that we are doing. The Deputy is right in that Gaza and Ukraine are going to be an ever-bigger draw but we need to find ways to address that, exactly as we found ways to address Covid. Solutions can be found.
