If there were a single delivery mechanism that we had total control over and would be managed by the NPWS, then the issue might be easier to broker. We have multiple schemes and projects that all deliver different things. If there were a single system that folded in the requirements of a scheme, the scheme supported biodiversity, the objectives for the site were delivered, no other consents were needed from the NPWS as a third party and sites in upland settings, including the Comeraghs, were managed in an holistic way that delivered the outcomes we required across various schemes, then I would be happy.
