That comes back to the culture in the organisation and employers future proofing their workforce to make sure they are doing all those elements of flexibility where they can in order to keep that worker engaged. What I was alluding to with the hours versus days approach is, we hear from the sector that a number of people may themselves have care responsibilities so they are working part time and keeping benefits, the medical card being one that they are particularly cautious about.
