Again, I apologise, and I can certainly follow up with a written response to the question, but, as far as I am aware, there are two or three different EU directives that may be in play. As I said, the issue in relation to registered lawyers is covered in the 2015 Act. Basically, the person goes on the roll of practising barristers if the intention is to provide legal services if the person is a qualified barrister or a registered lawyer.
