I have two further questions. It simply is not true that the vast majority of exits are into permanent, secure tenancies; that is not the case. Approximately half the exits are back into precarious situations with people back to sleeping on floors, couches, sometimes ending up in hospital and so forth. To give the impression that the vast majority of people exiting emergency accommodation are going into secure, stable tenancies is not the case.
