There is more progress to be made. I worry about the places we do not see or hear about. We all know bits of the system, but it is about creating an environment whereby people have the ability to speak up and be heard if there is something going wrong in a particular place. That it is uniformly the position. We have further to go on that, undoubtedly. There is much great work being done. There is more that can be done. However, if we look at many of the stories in other jurisdictions as much as ours, there is often somebody who will tell us they have been saying this for two years,.
