Yes. The focus of this proposed regulation is trade. An Irish family taking the ferry to France and bringing the dog with them would already be within the Internal Market. It would not be a case of importing a dog. I know when we say it, we might talk about importing a dog to France, but it is actually the same Single Market and this context is not within the scope of this proposed regulation.
