I thank Dr. Rubel very much for that. There is a huge amount going on here. It is very hard to take it all in from everybody; it really is. We are particularly interest in this committee on assisting people from disadvantaged backgrounds who cannot get jobs. We did some work on people with disabilities getting into the workforce. My sense is that AI could assist people with disabilities in a huge way in overcoming the disabilities we put in their way. This is also the case for people from disadvantaged backgrounds and others. I see there is a fund here to help with that and for people to get in there.

I am involved in the Open Doors Initiative, which I think Amazon is involved with as well. It focuses especially on getting jobs for people who find it hard to get onto the employment ladder, and also helping companies to identify people and employ them because we are beyond full employment, we are told.

On the issue of people with disabilities and AI helping people to work and overcome the disabilities that, very often, society puts in their way rather than themselves, can we please get a comment from each of the witnesses on that, in the final minute or two that is left?
