However, there is a feeling that more opportunity or more support should be given to military leadership around decision-making processes. I refer to things like recruitment and retention, as mentioned by a previous Deputy, decisions on capital purchases and the allocation of resources for cybersecurity. Can more be done within the Department to give expression to that?
