I move amendment No. 10:

In page 6, to delete lines 36 and 37, and in page 7, to delete lines 1 and 2 and substitute the following: “but does not include a person who performs the functions of a secretary to the board or to the governing body, unless he or she is also a person referred to in subparagraph (i), (ii) or (iii), and”.
