No, I do not believe so. I could be wrong. This minutes were released a number of weeks before the 26 April meeting. They were available there. Extensive suggestions came back from the homeowner groups on the minutes, but not on the section where that understanding was stated. Those did not come back. At the meeting, the Deputy is correct they stated they felt there was a misinterpretation on our part. I made the point the minutes had been available for weeks and they had come back with other comments but not on this. The Deputy is right there is - I would call it is a disagreement - on them. We are at the point where they disagree. They are now saying they did not say that, notwithstanding the record of the meeting and that in the subsequent chance they had to amend it, they did not amend it.
