I move amendment No. 953:

In page 440, after line 33, to insert the following: “(14) An approval referred to in subsection (1A) of section 182 of the Act of 2000 given before the repeal of that section by section 6 for development on a maritime site shall be deemed

to be a consent under subsection (5) given by that owner or that owner and occupier, as may be appropriate.”.
