I move amendment No. 1098:

In page 602, between lines 9 and 10, to insert the following: “(7) A direction given under subsection (2) of section 109 of the Act of 2000 that, immediately before the repeal of that subsection by section 6, had not yet been complied with shall be deemed to have been given under subsection (2).
