I move amendment No. 1054:

In page 559, after line 38, to insert the following: "(4) An agreement under section 212 of the Act of 2000 in force immediately before the repeal of that section by section 6 shall, on and after that repeal, be deemed to be an agreement made under this section, and accordingly this section shall apply to that agreement.".
