I move amendment No. 986:

In page 471, between lines 31 and 32, to insert the following: "(14) A declaration under section 57 of the Act of 2000 made before its repeal by section 6 shall have effect on and after such repeal as if made under this section.

(15) Notwithstanding the repeal of section 57 of the Act of 2000 effected by section 6, the Act of 2000 shall, subject to Part 17, continue to apply and have effect in relation to a request or appeal under that section made before that repeal.".
