I move amendment No. 981:

In page 464, between lines 4 and 5, to insert the following: "(5) Sections 54 and 55 of the Act of 2000 shall continue to apply and have effect in relation to a record of protected structures included in a development plan—

(a) under that Act, and

(b) that, by virtue of section 66, remains in force after the repeal of those sections by section 6.".
