I move amendment No. 801:

In page 314, to delete lines 14 to 19 and substitute the following: “(3) Where the applicant gives any information or plans referred to in subsection (2) to a relevant authority, the applicant shall, on the same date (or as soon as practicable thereafter), give copies of such information or plans, as the case may be, to the other relevant authority.”.
