I move amendment No. 908:

In page 405, after line 39, to insert the following: “(12) A housing strategy within the meaning of Part V of the Act of 2000 included in a development plan under Part II of that Act and continued in force by virtue of section 66 shall, until the replacement of that development plan in accordance with Part 3, constitute the housing strategy of the planning authority in respect of whose functional area the development plan applies.”.
