I move amendment No. 805:

In page 320, to delete lines 31 to 36 and substitute the following: “(3) Where the applicant gives any information or plans referred to in subsection (2) to a relevant authority, the applicant shall, on the same date (or as soon as practicable thereafter), give copies of such information or plans, as the case may be, to the other relevant authority.”.
