The Deputy might be aware that in May of last year the Department engaged with officials in the Office of the Planning Regulator and the local authority sector via a steering group that was established to review fees payable to planning authorities in respect of planning applications and miscellaneous plans. There is a process in place. The final report of the group was submitted to the Minister in January. The report and the recommendations it contains are being reviewed in the context of any changes to the fees payable to the planning authorities.
