I would say it is not necessarily. I am not trying to be controversial. I am just giving the facts. We are the Department for trade. We want trade to grow. We want trade in commercial activities from Irish companies to overseas companies to grow. If it is non-harmful, safe, supportive and helping people to prosper and grow, and helping jobs in Ireland, why would we not be in favour?
