I move amendment No. 540:

In page 157, between lines 37 and 38, to insert the following: “(vi) (I) where the settlement or part of the settlement to which the proposed plan relates includes a Limistéar Pleanála Teanga Gaeltachta or a Baile Seirbhíse Gaeltachta within the Gaeltacht, any relevant Language Plan agreed pursuant to Acht na Gaeltachta 2012,

(II) where the settlement or part of the settlement to which the proposed plan relates includes a Baile Seirbhíse Gaeltachta outside the Gaeltacht or a Líonra Gaeilge, any relevant Language Plan agreed pursuant to Acht na Gaeltachta 2012,”.
