I move amendment No. 499:
In page 136, to delete lines 20 to 23 and substitute the following: "(19) A failure to comply with subsection (3), (10), (11), (12), (13), (14), (15), (16) or (18) within the time period specified therein shall not of itself invalidate a variation of a development plan.".
