I move amendment No. 436:

In page 113, between lines 6 and 7, to insert the following: “(3) The chief executive of a planning authority shall, in preparing a development plan review report under subsection (2), consult with the elected members and prescribed bodies and shall reflect the matters raised in the consultations in such report and give the input due consideration in any conclusions and recommendations made.”.
