I move amendment No. 316:

In page 100, between lines 6 and 7, to insert the following: “(i) (i) where the functional area to which the development plan relates includes a Limistéar Pleanála Teanga Gaeltachta or a Baile Seirbhíse Gaeltachta within the Gaeltacht, a statement demonstrating the manner in which the plan is consistent with any relevant Language Plan agreed pursuant to Acht na Gaeltachta 2012,

(ii) where the functional area to which the development plan relates includes a Baile Seirbhíse Gaeltachta outside the Gaeltacht or a Líonra Gaeilge, a statement demonstrating the manner in which the plan is consistent with any relevant Language Plan agreed pursuant to Acht na Gaeltachta 2012.”.
