We have not discussed section 36(4)(i), which concerns the suspension of the effect of the regional spatial and economic strategy. Is the suspension automatic in terms of the content of the Office of the Planning Regulator's draft direction or is there a role for the Minister to give effect to the suspension? To what exactly does the suspension apply?
