I move amendment No. 237:

In page 69, between lines 25 and 26, to insert the following: “(e) (i) where the region includes a Limistéar Pleanála Teanga Gaeltachta or a Baile Seirbhíse Gaeltachta within the Gaeltacht, a strategy relating to the promotion and use of Irish as a language of the community consistent with any relevant Language Plan agreed pursuant to Acht na Gaeltachta 2012,

(ii) where the region includes a Baile Seirbhíse Gaeltachta outside the Gaeltacht or a Líonra Gaeilge, a strategy relating to the promotion and use of Irish as a language of the community consistent with any relevant Language Plan agreed pursuant to Acht na Gaeltachta 2012;”.
