This goes back to what Dr. Evans said about the tricky balance between freedom of expression and removing content that is illegal or harmful. We expect the platforms to be right in the vast majority of these decisions in the first place and to be right on appeal in the vast majority of the rest of them, with a very small number filtering through to us.
