I move amendment No. 10:

In page 10, after line 24, to insert the following:

“Amendment of section 16 of Act of 2023 15. Section 16 of the Act of 2023 is amended—

(a) by the substitution of “Section 3(1)” for “Section 3”, and

(b) by the deletion of paragraphs (e) and (g).”.
