This is an area we wanted to have up and running early. We published guidance and an application form for a small number of potential dispute settlement bodies. Relative to the number of trusted flagger applications we will eventually get, this will be a smaller feature of the system. We spoke to a small number of potential applicants prior to 17 February. We will probably have a decision on at least one or two by the summertime.
