I did. The appropriate place for this is in the regulations. Is there any case or circumstance in which they are not consulted as part of the NPF? They are consulted. If a new body enters that field - and we discussed this same principle when we were discussing Gaeltacht planning - there will be the ability to designate that entity in regulation.
