No. The assistant secretary called the former Secretary General because Siún Ní Raghallaigh had indicated that she had imagined that she had spoken to her. She said she was just checking with the former Secretary General. She said she had recalled being told by the chair that the settlement had been reached through independent mediation and that he would be leaving. However, the Secretary General had no recollection of being told that it was approved by the remuneration committee of the board.
