I move amendment No. 79:

In page 44, to delete lines 35 to 37 and substitute the following: “(7) (a) Any person (in this subsection referred to as the “appellant”) may, not later than 4 weeks from the date of the publication of the declaration and on payment to the Commission of such fee as”.
