I move amendment No. 109:

In page 51, to delete lines 35 and 36 and substitute the following: "(2) A woman shall not, for the purposes of being a surrogate mother under a surrogacy agreement, enter into such an agreement (which subsequently leads to a clinical pregnancy) upon more than two occasions.".
