I move amendment No. 94:
In page 47, between lines 30 and 31, to insert the following: “PGT-A
45. An AHR treatment provider shall not provide PGT-A except for the purposes of genetically testing an embryo for a chromosomal abnormality that may affect the capacity of the embryo to result in a live birth where—(a) the woman is, in the opinion of a registered medical practitioner, of advanced reproductive age,
(b) the woman has had recurrent implantation failures or miscarriages,
(c) severe male factor infertility has been indicated,
(d) PGT-M or PGT-SR is being undertaken, or
(e) such testing has been indicated in accordance with any additional criteria that has been prescribed (following, on and after the establishment day, consultation by the Minister with the AHRRA).”.
