I move amendment No. 88:

In page 45, to delete lines 36 and 37 and substitute the following: “ “surviving partner” means the surviving spouse, civil partner or cohabitant of a deceased person at the time of the person’s death.”.

This relates to surviving partners of the deceased. Is the Minister considering such an amendment for Report Stage?
