Again, however, the issue here is around prosecutions for those who continue to create multiple anonymous accounts. That is a real concern. When we had the platforms into appear before the Joint Committee on Media, Tourism, Arts, Culture, Sport and the Gaeltacht, in one way, they were accepting around freedom of speech and those who have multiple accounts with different aims. It led to real long delays and issues around the identification process, however. Is Ms Hodnett concerned that it is very difficult to enforce or get prosecutions for those who actually do create these accounts? Is it the case that it is the responsibility of the regulator or the platform itself to manage those who create accounts by any means? The fact is that people do not need verification identification or a passport or something that verifies they are who they are and the subsequent follow-up to a potential investigation. That is still in my view a gap that platforms need to address.
